I am Ruchi, a passionate practitioner of Satyananda/ Sivananda yoga. I am a certified Yoga teacher with more than a decade of teaching experience, specialised in Children’s Yoga, Pre-natal yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Experienced in leading group sessions, personal classes, mediation, pranayama and detoxification techniques and have organised different yoga retreats. Skilled in creating a supportive and enriching environment for students of all levels.
Through intention, meditation, pranayama, asana my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. I teach in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting the students experience for themselves. My classes include minimum demonstrations and maximum hands on assist.

This year happens to be a beautiful year in many ways to me personally...one of the most important aspect being the shift of my focus on health. It's going to be a lengthy post, sorry for that, but I just want to ensure the reader understand the impact these classes made in my life and he/she takes a well informed decision in joining Ms. Ruchi's classes. It's not a promotion activity but surely an experience sharing article. Happy reading!!! I tried lot many forms of fitness activities in the first half of the year which includes walking, swimming, cycling, dieting and work@home activities which did help in keeping up with my goals but what made a great impact is introduction to HRITI YOGA by RUCHI..who was introduced to me by a good friend who had a great results with her practices. I started my journey in July 2023, with a batch at my apartment. The sessions with Ruchi are goal orientated, she is not only a through professional but also plays a role of a guide, teacher and a healer. I intiated the session with basics, Ruchi focuses more on ensuring in teaching the techniques perfectly at her classes and gives us goals to practice the same at home to ensure that we have a through practice in mastering them..this way the impact of learning these yoga poses helps in achieving the maximum benefit and the results are surprisingly amazing!!! The practices of Yoga, Meditation, LSP, Tratak and storytelling helped in internalizing the journey and the results started showing within the first two months itself. Mentally - My anxiety level dropped to a great extent, started having peaceful sleep, calm demour resulting in positive thoughts and healthier relationships around. Physically - Inch loss, improved stamina, handling extended length of physical strain (trekking) with ease during travels. Spiritually - Focus, ease to connect internally and able to meditate for a longer duration and enjoy the process. Health wise - Improved thyroid levels, absense of headaches, heal pain, lower back (tail bone), overall reduction of inflammation and reduction of 4 kgs (my fault unable to maintain consistency with food). In my daily life even the smallest things related to my brother made me worried and uncomfortable, which was unusual for many. My past life regression sessions with Ruchi, changed my life altogether from negative mental health to positive one. She after my 11 years of suffering due to my brother's untimely death, made me strong to accept the reality and cherish the happy memories that I have with my brother.
